Pulao Recipe:


  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat oil, add whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon), then add onions and fry until golden. Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and spices. Cook until chicken changes color.
  2. Add Tomatoes & Green Chilies: Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes become soft and form a light gravy.
  3. Add Water: Pour in water (usually 2 cups for 1 cup rice). Bring it to a boil. Adjust salt as needed.
  4. Add Rice: Add washed basmati rice into the boiling mixture. Cook on medium flame until most water dries.
  5. Dum Time: Cover the pot tightly and cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes until rice is fully cooked and fluffy. Serve hot.
